Visual storytelling and live capture here I come!

With bikablo basics training under your belt and your commitment to visual work it’s time to kick things up a notch.

Humans, emotions, and stories are embedded into your work, and you’re looking for more ideas and tips to bring those elements to life in your visualizations. Sharing ideas and information needs to be memorable and you know that storytelling and visualization can be a powerful combination to really make your ideas stick. Static figures are great for simple ideas, but you have bigger ideas and you want to get better at creating expressive characters to enhance your visual storytelling capabilities. You learned so much in the basics training you know you could advance your skills quickly if you just had more structure and support.

As a visualizer, you walk into meetings with your markers in hand and easily capture key information, but something still nags at you when you step back and look at what you drew. The details are there, but it feels incomplete — like there should be more visual hierarchy and structure. There are elements of importance, but they just don’t stand out. You’ve integrated many of the go-to icons you learned in the bikablo basics program, but want to go beyond the basics and start creating rich pictures and vivid imagery.

Just like you generate better ideas and solutions in groups and teams, you know you can expand your visual skills when you learn in a setting with other visualizers. You’re itching to be back in a creative space with others who see the value of visuals as much as you do.

I understand where you're at and I know you’re thinking there must be more to learn, more skills in visualization that you can layer on top of the skills you already have. If this is true — let me show you how.

With the bikablo foundations now part of your repertoire, you’re ready to immerse yourself in more visual skill development. You’re keen to learn and understand how to build the structure of stories and incorporate visual skills to make your own visual scenes, storyboards, or comics. Maybe you’ve seen or purchased the bikablo emotions book, but want to understand the principles and concepts behind these characters to create your own expressive characters for the stories you want to tell.

You’re excited to learn different ways to design and structure stories, to take problems, issues and challenges you encounter on a day-to-day basis and convert them into an exciting narrative. Your company or clients talk about taking a more human-centered approach to how you work and generate solutions, wouldn’t it be great to feel confident in building visual stories on the fly based on conversations you are having? Think about how memorable these outputs could be instead of boring documents and spreadsheets. And stop for a moment and pause —  realize that you could actually be paid to draw stories and comics — who would've ever thought that was possible?

Visuals are powerful when the right visual concept immediately “clicks” for the viewer. In the world of bikablo, we call these pictures ``key visuals” because they accurately depict a key or vital concept. You know key visuals could enhance your visualization capabilities. You're looking for ideas, inspiration, and support to expand your abilities to create unique, meaningful, rich pictures.

You are ready to learn more skills and strategies to capture ideas in live settings helping others effortlessly navigate and make sense of information.

Take your bikablo skills to the next level. Go from a bikablo novice to a confident bikablo visualizer.
