If you say ‘I CAN’T DRAW!’ we say ‘nonsense’.
‘Every child is an artist, the problem is staying an artist once you grow up.’ – Pablo Picasso
WHAT: A fun-filled 2-hour event jam packed with interactive drawing games and exercises to stimulate your creativity (AKA “the ‘right’ side of the brain”) and your visual thinking skills. Did you know that thinking visually leads to innovative new ideas? Visuals can also help you express yourself and your ideas in ways that word never could. With this new-found skill, you may find confidence in day-to-day tasks that you never had before and possibly some new bonds with fellow Doodle-le-doers (yes, that’s a word).
WHY: A lot of adults have come the mistaken conclusion that they can’t draw. We want to be part of the mission to change that.
WHAT’S INCLUDED: nibbles, drinks, stationary, markers and any other supplies needed for the activities.
WHERE: For our first event, we’ve partnered with the awesome ATB Entrepreneur Centre, a space dedicated to helping local entrepreneurs and start-ups get their businesses off the ground. If you’ve never been, it’s another reason for you to join us for the evening and check out this cool space. It’s not like any other bank you’ve visited.
WHEN: Our 1st Doodle-le-do event is Thursday, August 10, 2017.
Doodle-le-do started in London 3 years ago and is now in 20 cities around the world on 5 continents! Doodle-le-do is a Natalka Design venture – creative production house based in London. All rights reserved. Want to learn more about Doodle-le-do? Check out this page 🙂 (We have licensed the Doodle-le-do brand and will be hosting local Doodle-le-do events in Calgary.)
